ecowirl®

Efficient mixing of suspensions, emulsions and solutions in the low-pressure range is enabled by the multidimensional vortex field injector ecowirl®. A rotating vortex field creates a significantly enlarged liquid surface area and enables intensive mass transfer. The ecowirl® has proven itself for the dosing of precipitants, for example for phosphorus removal and in PAC applications. When using polymers, the vortex field ensures the opening of additive agglomerates and enables uniform distribution. The ecowirl® is available as a pipe version for inline integration as well as a submersible version for installation in tanks.
