Pile Cloth Media Filtration
PCMF is a surface filtration process which, in addition to the sieve effect, also has filtration effects over the depth of the pile layer. One technology in four different variations - Disk Filter, Drum Filter, Pressure Drum Filter and DiamondFilter - suitable for your application.
OptiFiber® Pile Cloth Media
OptiFiber® is an engineered, multi-dimensional cloth with a filter-active pile layer and a non-filter-active backing. The OptiFiber® family offers different pile cloth media to suit your application.
OptiComb® and OptiClick®
The filter cleaning system consists of a suction beam and suction lip that can be adapted to any OptiFiber® pile cloth media using OptiClick®. OptiComb® - our profiled suction lip - offers a larger filtration area with the same filter surface.
PFAS Removal System
The MEC PFAS Removal System uses an innovative micro-sorbent suspension for the targeted adsorption of PFAS (per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances). A robust separator subsequently reliably separates the treated water from the suspension.
MECANA® UV
The compact system consists of two proven systems designed for the advanced treatment of biologically treated wastewater and water reuse. MECANA® UV integrates a Pile Cloth Media Filtration and a UV disinfection unit, thereby enabling straightforward water reuse in compliance with EU Regulation 2020/741.
